Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ClinicFlow247 platform operated by Aurora Blossom (ClinicFlow247) ("ClinicFlow", "we", "our"). By accessing or using ClinicFlow you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Definitions

• "Platform" means the ClinicFlow247 website, APIs, and mobile interfaces.
• "User" means any person — Patient, Doctor, Clinic Admin, or Super Admin — who creates an account.
• "Clinic" means a healthcare provider that subscribes to ClinicFlow to manage appointments.
• "Patient" means an individual who books appointments through the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Clinic Admins must be authorised representatives of the clinic they register.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately at info@aurora-blossom.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of abuse or unauthorised activity.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without authorisation.

4. Use of the Platform

4.1 Permitted Use

• Patients may search for doctors, book, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
• Doctors may manage their schedule, view queues, and issue digital prescriptions.
• Clinic Admins may manage clinic settings, doctor accounts, and view analytics.

4.2 Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate a doctor, clinic, or any other person
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose under Indian law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data

6. Subscription & Payment (Clinics)

• Clinic plans are billed monthly or annually as per the selected plan on the Pricing page.
• Payments are processed via a third-party payment gateway. ClinicFlow does not store card numbers.
• Plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of the first subscription payment if the service is found materially defective.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, and content on the ClinicFlow platform are the exclusive property ofAurora Blossom (ClinicFlow247). You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. Your data (appointments, prescriptions, profile) remains yours.

8. Privacy

Your use of ClinicFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform you consent to the data practices described therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, ClinicFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: missed appointments, medical outcomes, data loss due to force majeure, or third-party service failures. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your Profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (Section 7 — Data Retention).

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana. We encourage you to contact us first at info@aurora-blossom.com to resolve disputes amicably.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
